The Author says:

What do Muslims yearn for? What are their deepest heart longings? To find out, I conducted a non-scientific, one-question survey; "If God were to communicate to you in a dream that he will grant you the deepest desires of your heart, what will you ask for?" With over 1300 responses, I have begun the task of addressing their major yearnings in several booklets as well as in electronic form.

The first one to be addressed is the yearning for peace, done in story form that takes place in Beirut, Lebanon. One of four friends who for years have been playing backgammon, drinking Turkish coffee, smoking hookas and solving the world's problems, begins with, "You won't believe the dream I had last night."

My appeal to the reader is "I don't expect you to agree with me on everything, but I do hope you will be curious enough to explore the possibility of having your deepest desires met through a relationship you may not have considered before. It will be a respectful, intellectual, philosophical, cultural and spiritual adventure that we can embark on together."
