Shipping Information

GENERAL

WorldChristian understands and empathizes with the fact that shipping costs at times can be quite substantial. We have worked hard to make them as reasonable and close to actual costs as possible. Our shipping rates are mostly based on the WEIGHT of your order, the DESTINATION, and the shipping METHOD you choose. In most cases an ordered product will ship out within 1-3 Business Days. (Also see "Media Mail" at the bottom.)

SHIPPING COSTS

You can look at the shipping cost before check-out (i.e., when you have one or more items in your shopping cart you can view domestic shipping rates, and a sampling of non-USA rates [exact non-USA rates can only be seen during check-out once address info has been entered, but still before submitting your order]).

• Standard (mostly via USPS Media Mail, in transit 2-10 business days)
• Expedited (via USPS First Class or Priority, or via UPS, in transit 1-5 business days)
• Express 2-Day (via UPS, in transit 2 business days)
• Priority Express (via USPS, in transit 1 day to MOST locations; some take 2 days; not incl. Sun)
• Local Pick Up in Colorado Springs (we will email pick-up information w/in one day)

This includes: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR) and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI))

• Standard (via USPS Media Mail, varies, can take several weeks)
• Expedited (via USPS First Class or Priority, in transit 2-4 business days)
• Express (via USPS Priority Express, in transit 1-2 business day to most areas)

REST OF THE WORLD (Methods and Transit times)

Available "Shipping Methods" to other countries (not all services available to all countries all the time, due to political and other occurrences). When orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures; these can occasionally cause delays beyond delivery estimates. (Shipping services to PO Box addresses in foreign countries require telephone numbers.)

• Standard (via USPS First Class Mail, in transit 6-14 business days)
• Express (via USPS Priority Mail, in transit 3-10 business days to most major markets)

Please Note:

EXPRESS shipments require a street address. Please realize that choosing an EXPRESS option does not necessarily mean that your shipment will go out the same day, or that you will receive it the day after you place your order (e.g., within the USA). It means that, common to industry practice, once it is ready to ship, it will be shipped by the requested mailing method. Most orders are shipped out within one to three days (we will of course try to get your order out within one day). To make certain we have your product in stock, you might want to contact us first.)

MEDIA MAIL is a cost-effective way to send media materials (books, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, printed music and other sound recordings) through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If your order (to USA destinations) includes non-media items (poster, clothing, greeting cards, etc.), the Media Mail Shipping Method will not be available to select.

TRACKING: In most cases our automatic email shipping notification to you will include a Tracking Number that allows you to view the progress of your shipment. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for misplaced, lost or stolen shipments that the Postal or other Shipper recorded as having delivered to your address.
